Privacy
About your information.
This page explains how information is used when you contact J’Mour IT.
Who handles your information?
J’Mour IT is the independent IT practice of Jaber, based in the Rotterdam area (KvK 88392759). For questions about your information, email jaber@jmour-it.nl.
When you get in touch
The contact form asks for your name, email address, optional organisation, the service you are enquiring about and your message. This information is used to answer your enquiry and discuss a potential project.
How messages are processed
The form sends your message by email. It does not maintain a separate enquiry database on the website. Correspondence is received in the mailbox and may be retained for as long as it is needed for your enquiry and any resulting project.
Technical information
The form uses a temporary verification token and a temporary hashed IP identifier to limit misuse and repeated submissions. Hosting and email services may also process technical information needed to operate the website and email.
Cookies and external services
No analytics or marketing services have been added to this website. The site does count anonymously how many visitors open each page: per page and per day, with no IP address, cookie or other identifier. WordPress may use functional cookies when you sign in. The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to block spam. Cloudflare processes technical information, such as your IP address and browser characteristics, solely to check that the message is sent by a person. Turnstile does not set advertising or tracking cookies.
Questions, access or deletion
To ask what information is retained from your correspondence, request a correction or ask for deletion, email jaber@jmour-it.nl. Do not send passwords or access credentials through the form.
