I am Jaber, the independent IT engineer behind J’Mour IT. I help organisations configure and manage their IT environments through projects and one-off assignments.
I explain technical decisions and document the configuration so that day-to-day management and handover remain practical.

More than eight years of experience in Microsoft environments, as a system administrator at an MSP and as an independent engineer. This is where I add the most value.

Organisations with their own IT team
Extra capacity or specialist knowledge for a project, migration or review. I work within your processes, such as change management in TOPdesk, and hand the work over properly.

Organisations without an IT department
One point of contact who sets up, manages and documents the environment. I have been the sole IT engineer for an organisation with around 400 users across Europe.

An experienced engineer for client projects, an Intune review or a vulnerability scan. I worked at an MSP for four years myself and know how it works.
